If yes, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our MENA regional team. In this challenging job you will work out of our regional office in Dubai, and you will report to Senior Product Manager MENA.
Drive delivery of MENA Regional projects
You are responsible for executing operational plans or delivering high-profile/specialist projects with a direct impact on functional success.
You will challenges processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, directing, scheduling, and coordinating MENA Regional projects for the Retail channel from initiation to implementation, ensuring the specified project objectives are achieved
Responsible for managing the constraints of the project, including cost, time, scope and quality of the outcome.
Ensures that the Arla Foods project management framework is followed and that the appropriate tools and systems are used to report and document changes and results throughout the project.
Maintain clear, visible, and accessible documentation and project plans as well as measure progress, report status and keep track of the overall project tasks and priorities
Effectively manage internal and external stake holders, whilst establishing solid relationships
Managing internal expectations and providing regular updates to the Commercial Leadership Team and Local LT on project status, highlighting successes, risks and issues
Proactively drives continuous improvement and implements best practices within the project management processes/ tools and ways of working
Develop product expertise; in-depth knowledge of product, its functionality and packaging.
Participate and contribute in pipeline ideation process and planning.
Candidate profile requirements:
You hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Commercial , Business Administration or similar and have at least 4-5 years of experience in project management within the FMCG industry.
You have a proven ability to lead complex projects with varying levels of cross project dependencies and deliverables.
You possess excellent stakeholder management skills
You have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and diligence
You like to work at high pace environment and able to navigate in a matrix organization and you look forward to shaping Arla’s future in a very exciting and complex region.
Knowledge of dairy business is desired
